Deals with Integrity Auto Sales

Purchased e vehicles from them I purchased three vehicles from deals with Integrity. 2010 Matrix, 2002 corolla and recently 2009 Santa Fe. They offered up the car fax and the veh I purchased three vehicles from deals with Integrity. 2010 Matrix, 2002 corolla and recently 2009 Santa Fe. They offered up the car fax and the vehicle safety inspections. Two of the vehicles have been reliable cars with only maintenance issues. The 2002 corolla was written off so we purchased the Santa Fe. Pleasant to deal with no extra fees. I have been to other dealers with used or pre-owned vehicles, that had them in the back with hail damage and they were painting them to sell All three vehicles I purchased were at the cheapest price I could them at. I am not sure what the quality of work would be, they are not working on any vehicles. More

Rude Service My daughter and I went in to test drive a vehicle, sales person wasn't in but the owner was and he went out of his way to make us feel belittled and n My daughter and I went in to test drive a vehicle, sales person wasn't in but the owner was and he went out of his way to make us feel belittled and no respect what so ever. He was rude and went on to say everything he could to make us not want to test drive the vehicle. After listening to the xxxxxxxx he was telling us i got the feeling he wasn't getting the keys or plate so we walked out and was horrified by the way he treated us. I will definitely tell everyone i know to never step foot into that place ever!!!! Went out to A LOT OF CARS in Dugald and this gentleman was very genuine!! More

Dishonest advertising I went to look at a 2005 Lexus RX330. Upon arrival, i was informed that this car is in fact a 2004, not a 2005, AND a salvage title. A week later, and the advertising has still not been corrected. Furthermore, when i looked at some of their other cars for sale, they advertise the wrong models for the vehicle !! Unbelievable !!! More

Unsatisfied, Dishonest Bought my second car here. Had financing set up through the dealership, and an appointment scheduled and later found out that they had written an e Bought my second car here. Had financing set up through the dealership, and an appointment scheduled and later found out that they had written an extra $1400.00 into the price of the vehicle which was supposed to be the down payment. I was also told that it would be $700.00 to fix the sunroof that was not working to later find out that it was simply a fuse that was removed from the panel. After purchasing the vehicle I had the engine light come on the following day. The repair was $300.00. Before purchasing the vehicle I mentioned that the brakes were going and should have been replaced prior to my purchase. The dealership refused to work with me on any of my ideas/concerns that I had about the vehicle before purchasing. I ended up having to replace them for $500.00. I will not be coming back here and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. An uncomfortable and indecent experience. More
