Best Customer Service Ive Ever Had! I got to say im blown away by the sales representative "Gord" service.. I live +3000klm away and i was interested in a car and he went over and beyond I got to say im blown away by the sales representative "Gord" service.. I live +3000klm away and i was interested in a car and he went over and beyond to give me the information i needed on the car. He made me a personal video and gave me a walk around of the car to truley make me feel like i was their. If i wasnt so far away I wouldnt hesitate to buy a car from him/the dealership. GMC Canyon recall work My truck was brought in for a recall on the high pressure oil pump. My appointment was at 8:30 am and I was told the work would take roughly 10 hours My truck was brought in for a recall on the high pressure oil pump. My appointment was at 8:30 am and I was told the work would take roughly 10 hours to complete. I didn't hear back from anyone within the dealership all day and in the end I was able to pick up my vehicle up at 5 pm on the second day. It seems like everything on the work was done correctly and I have had no issues since. Overall I am happy, I just wish there would have been better communication from the service department about the time frame on vehicle. More

Service too long I had oil change done. Took over an hour. They told me a seal was leaking and offered a repair price, no advice. I talked to 3 other mechanics and was I had oil change done. Took over an hour. They told me a seal was leaking and offered a repair price, no advice. I talked to 3 other mechanics and was all told due to temperatures fluctuating it could be sweating and to keep an eye on it. Was told the first oil change would be complimentary but was forced to use Davis bucks instead. Didn't argue because it wasn't worth it. More

OUTSTANDING support I bought a truck that was a nightmare from another GM dealership in Edmonton. Needed warranty work done. Took it to GM Davis Lethbridge and They May h I bought a truck that was a nightmare from another GM dealership in Edmonton. Needed warranty work done. Took it to GM Davis Lethbridge and They May have fixed it after a couple of visits (still waiting on results with transmission.... fingers crossed). The service rep Joel was a busy guy and you can sense that, however he was professional and was always easy to get a hold of. The outstanding service was appreciated. The dealership also honoured some damage that somehow had occurred to the truck back window. We still don’t know how it happened but the back window blew out somehow when they were working on the truck and pulled it round to drop off to me for pickup. I had no clue there was any problem. They dealership did the most amazing gesture of covering the cost of this damage: safe to say, they have a customer for life now. Very very very much appreciated. I cannot thank them enough. This is the kind of dealership you want to deal with. Professional and courteous. More
