For the first time I was able to order a new vehicle directly from GM. I was fortunate to meet Gord Ainscough who knew the ordering process well and was fully up to speed on the features and options. The timing of the order was such that parts and electronic shortages made for a really long delivery but Gord was great in keeping me up to date about progress at the GM plant and also provided tracking updates once the Yukon was shipped. At time of delivery, Gord, Jarrett King and Phil Rinke were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and courteous and professional through the transaction.
