I drop off my truck to get tires changed. Made a appointment 2days in advance. Dropped it off at the time arrange took the shuttle to do to do a small job. Thought the truck to be finished after 2 appointment 2days in advance. Dropped it off at the time arrange took the shuttle to do to do a small job. Thought the truck to be finished after 2 hours. Waited another 1hr still waiting. May planned day was changed. Not a satisfied customer. More

I went to Davis because I was interested in a used truck they had for sale. I got a message video from the sales person Krista. so I went to see the truck . unfortunately by the time I got there the truck they had for sale. I got a message video from the sales person Krista. so I went to see the truck . unfortunately by the time I got there the truck was sold. Krista was very helpful with all of my inquiries even though I put things on hold for a year. I asked her not to call me unless it was something I couldn't turn down. Understanding my situation she left me alone. otherwise dealerships kept calling me to see where I was in my prossess But not Krista. This is one of the main reasons I came back to make my purchase. thanks for respecting that. More
