WE recently bought a used truck from Davis GM through Rafael...They were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure the truck was right for us as we were a long ways from them and did the deal o Rafael...They were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure the truck was right for us as we were a long ways from them and did the deal over the phone...They also arranged delivery so that we wouldn't have to travel so far to get the truck...Rafael made sure the truck was in tip top shape and everything was working correctly...I would definitely recommend this dealer and Rafael to anyone... Thanks Max for the great sale on the new truck, very easy going and easy to deal with, not a pushy salesmen at all. Would recommend Max to anybody buying a used or new vehicle. i contacted max through the internet on a saturday evening and by monday morning he had got back to me and answered all the questions i had. since i work till 5pm every night max stayed late so i coul evening and by monday morning he had got back to me and answered all the questions i had. since i work till 5pm every night max stayed late so i could come look at the truck and answer any other questions i had. as well, the day i picked up the truck both rick and max stayed past 7pm until all the paper work was done and until i drove the truck off the lot. max and rick were very friendly and showed great customer service. thanks again max and rick! I saw 2 used Ford Explorers on kijiji at the Davis GMC Buick Lethbridge so I went to test drive them without an appointment and Amanda took me out right away to drive them. She was really friendly and ver Buick Lethbridge so I went to test drive them without an appointment and Amanda took me out right away to drive them. She was really friendly and very knowlegeable about them even though they weren't a GMC product. I decided I liked one and we quickly negotiated a fair price and I bought it, just that simple. Clay was excellent in helping me with the finance part and had I brought someone to drive my old car home I would have had it that day. Amanda was waiting for me when I did pick it up. The Explorer was spotless, had a new battery as I had requested, and even had almost a full tank of gas. The financing and warranty were explained to me, I signed the papers and I was shown around the service department so I know what to do when I need an oil change. The entire experience was not stressful at all and the only thing I needed from my husband was a ride to the dealership. Offering a 3 month 5000km warranty took the worry out of buying a used car. Thanks Amanda and Clay, you actually made buying a vehicle fun and will absolutely recommend you to my friends, family and complete strangers. More

We drove nearly 8 hours to purchase our truck. After great communication with Max, we felt that we knew exactly what we were buying and that there would be no surprises...we were right. I had been on the lookout for an H2 for a couple years before I got in contact with Max. At the time he did not have anything available for me. A short time passed and I received a text message from max before I got in contact with Max. At the time he did not have anything available for me. A short time passed and I received a text message from max of a picture of an H2 that was soon to be moved to the lot. I was able to see it as soon as it came in and take it for a drive. I was instantly sold on the vehicle, but the price and payment options had to be determined. With lots of help from Max and some of the other employees at Davis, we were able to settle on both. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to getting new tires and rims! More
