Upon arriving we found out that our salesmen from our first purchase had left the company. We were introduced to Stephen Lunn, a salesmen who greated us with a smile. We took a test drive in a used Sierra, with my family and Stephen along for the ride. We were happy with it, but not satisified. Then Stephen told us about the great deals on the 2012 Sierras and the 0% financing. He showed us one that was a grey silver in color and we fell in love with it. It had everything, that we wanted in a truck, and if it didn't have it, Stephen said we could add it on. We would just have to let Clay know which accessories we wanted and he will add it to the cost of the vehicle and the financing. Stephen then took us to meet Bruce Christensen, the sales manager. Bruce was very helpful, and that if we had any problems, we could always talk to him. After finding out our payment from Stephen, Stephen took us to Clays office, to fill out the paperwork. On delivery day, we wanted to add some accessories, which Clay said was fine. But, all we had time to say, was, a spray in box liner over rails and the next thing you knew was the paperwork was finished. There was more we wanted to add, but we jumped so fast into the next item on the loan, we didn't have a chance too. After signing all of the documents and was getting ready to take possession of the vehicle, we were called back to Clays office. Clay noticed that the life and disability insurance, had the wrong bank as the title holder. We had to initial the contract, only Clays copy was initialed. Then it took two weeks for the box liner to be installed, after finding out who was responsible for booking the truck in to have the liner installed. The overall experience would have been great, if not for the the reasons in the last paragragh. We our happy with the purchase. More
