Rafael was exceptional in his resuls of finding everything that we wanted in a truck. He showed us alot of options in what we were looking for, on both ends of the price spectrum. We were very happy with Rafael's professionalism, and his no pressure sales technique was very appreciated. The detail of the truck however was not impressive at all. The windows were not clean as there are finger prints all over the front windshield, tire shine was used on the seats and dash as well. Which when we turned on the heater left a cloudy film on the windshield further making it hard to see out of. The stearing wheel is so greasy from the tireshine that it leaves your hands greasy. Even the gages are filthy. More

I am so overjoyed by the outstanding service we received from Marc Cote! When my husband told him what vehicle I (the wife) wanted, Marc had it all ready for us to test drive, and did the same thing again from Marc Cote!
