Well worth the drive! Purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 from Rafael Reyes. The most difficult part was getting to the dealership from Northern Alberta! I dealt with Rafael and Rick for roughly a week online and bought the vehicle sight unseen - I was concerned but both these gentlemen assured me they would take care of everything. And they did. Truck was ready to go, paperwork was only needing my signature and I was done. Only hiccup was no dealer plate available - so Rafael lent me his own vehicle to go get my insurance done! He pulled them up on the computer, we went over the options, and we test drove a couple vehicles. We expressed interest in another one that wasn't available to look at that day. He called two days later to let me know the traverse was back at the dealership. It had the options we wanted. In short Steve treated us with respect, answered all our questions, helped me understand all the options, and we actually had some fun, making Jeff sweat a little. Excellent experience I haven't purchased myself a new vehicle for 9 years. Part of the reason for this was because I was intimated by sales people. Marc was fantastic. He allowed me to test drive the Buick for the weekend which allowed me to take it everywhere I would normally take it in my day to day life. Grocery shopping, pick ups and drop offs for the kids etc. This gave me huge confidence that this was the right vehicle for our family. I was able to call, text and email my questions which was great. The financial manager Rick was excellent. He took the time to answer all my questions, got me approved for a car loan and got us on the road in no time. Completely hassle free experience from start to finish:) More

Place to go to buy a great used vehicle First of all the dealer had a some great used vehicles in their inventory, and my wife and I had a many different vehicles to look at. I also admired that he did not pressure us towards a single vehicle, but he left the decision to choose which car was the right one for us.
