A significant factor in the rating is that this salesperson did excellent followup and after service sales I felt appreciated and well looked after. my new truck I recently went to Davis to gather info on a used truck my 2001 chevy just hit 300k and i was looking for somthing a bit more comuter friendly as well I recently went to Davis to gather info on a used truck my 2001 chevy just hit 300k and i was looking for somthing a bit more comuter friendly as well as capable to handle my weekend hobbies. When i walked in Tyler was more than willing to listen to my demands and laugh off my budget after my list was complete. Funny but true he laughed but then hit the web site and found numerous units in my pric range with the trim and functions i needed. His knowlege was wide and covered all the vehicles i was looking at. Being a technician i wanted to look over eveything and when one unit was a little dirty for my liking he had it washed that day so i could come back and inspect it for myself. When my wife came in to see the chosen vehicle she was pleased with how he opened up and didnt walk around questions she was impressed as i was and we a very happy with our new vehicle. Once again thank you for everything i know i was a bit challenging to work with. More

New Enclave..the easy way!!! The magic began when we walked into Davis. Darren Murphy was our sales person. He was knowledgeable and friendly throughout our process and we totally The magic began when we walked into Davis. Darren Murphy was our sales person. He was knowledgeable and friendly throughout our process and we totally enjoyed trading "non car stories" which helped put us at ease. We really appreciated the ease and availability of the test drives. Davis was also very flexible with our appointment times when needed. Russell eased our pain in Financing and was easy to talk to. Jarrett has the patience of a saint when he tries to explain the On Star world. I must add how clean, modern and organized this dealership is..love their "coffee/tea" bar (even had decaf). We looked forward to a few trips back before our final decision as it was like visiting good friends. We are pleased to announce our new vehicle....a Buick Enclave...in Diamond White ( love the color name!!) More

Amazing, easy and well worth it We came in to Davis with the intention of trading our truck for an suv and a car, told the salesman Rick what we were looking for and he did such a go We came in to Davis with the intention of trading our truck for an suv and a car, told the salesman Rick what we were looking for and he did such a good job listening to our needs that the vehicles he picked (and had ready to go and test drive when we arrived) ended up being the perfect ones for us. Russ in financing made the entire process easy and painless and got us into the two vehicles for less then we wanted to pay a month and to top off our amazing experience Gord was the nicest and kindest man too. My husband works a lot so the entire Davis team was more then happy to talk to me and they treated me as an equal and didn't talk down to me and that was greatly appreciated. We could not be happier with our experience from calling them for the first time to them helping me pair my phone to Bluetooth when they handed us over the keys. An amazing team from start to finish with Bryce the manager helping and checking in on us every step of the way! We won't go any where else More
