An excellent experience while making a difficult decision We visited this dealership on several occasions as we searched for a vehicle which met our needs and wants. Gord approached us on their new vehicle l We visited this dealership on several occasions as we searched for a vehicle which met our needs and wants. Gord approached us on their new vehicle lot and was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful in answering all our questions regarding options and pricing. James assisted us on our next visit (Gord was on a day off) and was also friendly knowledgeable and helpful. When we were ready to make our decision, Gord was prompt in preparing the price quotes on the make and models we were considering. Once we made our decision, the paperwork process was quickly and thoroughly explained by Gord and Bryce. The finance application was also quick and thorough, and Russ was friendly and professional. When we accepted delivery of our vehicle choice, we were given a thorough indoctrination by Jarret. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
