Thank goodness for Jarrett King, Delivery Specialist, who was patient and extremely thorough in explaining how to operate all the technical aspects of our new Terrain. He broke down the interior into segments and slowly explained each area. He also assisted with the OnStar and phone set up. Without his knowledge it would have been very confusing to us.
