He confirmed my finance appointment and addressed all of my related needs. He ensured the vehicle was detailed and fueled prior to me driving away. What I was most grateful for was that he went over all of the vehicles options and helped me customize all the settings to my liking. He was patient and helpful from beginning to end. After the sale, he reached out to ensure I was still comfortable and he left me with a reassurance that should anything arise in the future he would be available to assist. Took my vehicle there for end of warranty/safety inspection and was told everything was fine. When I asked about the bad brake pulsation they said I needed to replace the brakes after going and talk inspection and was told everything was fine. When I asked about the bad brake pulsation they said I needed to replace the brakes after going and talking to the tech. Obviously they did not road test it as they never quoted out any repairs. Took it to Murray’s for the same inspection and they found multiple warranty repairs and quoted out brakes too. Will not go back to this dealership. More

Horrible experience. Had a rear climate control not working in my Yukon Denali and it took 3 visits and they were not responsive to let me know when the part came in. After contacting them multiple tim working in my Yukon Denali and it took 3 visits and they were not responsive to let me know when the part came in. After contacting them multiple times and finally getting one in that works they gave my vehicle back to me with trim not installed properly and multiple scratches on it. Also managed to put a good sized hole in my dash pad. The general manager acknowledged their employees are not the best at what they do and he was not willing to pay for the proper repair even though it was on warranty and it was their fault. He said if they replaced the damaged parts it would cause a lot of noise as their techs are incompetent. Pretty sad when the general manager has no competence in his employees. More
