Davis Chevy appears to have good ratings, along with all Airdrie dealerships, actually...so let's go there for a visit with my 4yrs old daughter who is (already) into cars. Pretty small size showroom, spent 10 minutes walking around, no one came to see us while it appeared to be multiple salespersons present. Too bad for them, we left and went next door. No one tried to question us when we left. After visiting Chrysler/Dodge where we received great service, we decided to give them another chance. Went back in there, spent 5 minutes walking around the small showroom, then decided to ask the receptionist to have someone come help us. She was surprised no one didn't come and recognized it was our second visit of the day. She went get Keith, who happened to be very friendly and helpful (and apologized multiple times for having us waiting and not being helped until we asked for it). He even insisted on working after closing time even after I told him I wouldn't purchased the same day. That was great, and actually, the only positive thing about this dealership in my experience. We're lookingt into in a medium size SUV with a 60K budget and they carry 3 models (or 3 flavors of the same model), but only 1 had a pamphlet available (the wife is really into hard, nice copies, to make her decision). Keith indicated he'd find the 2 other ones for us and will put them aside. Sounded like a great starting point. Few days later, I show up and ask for Keith - learning he's off that day. That's understandable, no issue with that. I can just get my pamphlets and book a time with Keith another day. Jeff was very helpful to try and find the 2 other pamphlets. He found one. Once home, the thing, which looked like new, was actually all very sticky inside, with pages ripped apart. Don't want to imagine how that happened to it. Threw it away. I emailed Keith to learn about his availabilities, and 2 afternoons were working out for both of us, I indicated I'd visit him one of these two afternoons. Which I did. Only to find out, from Eunice's mouth, that he was away sick. And he didn't leave any information or documents for me. Honestly, for a fourth visit, that was a bit much, and as I told her while she was chasing me outside, too disappointing to go any further at this point. I gave Keith a last chance and sent him an email once home to ask him about his availabilities. It was a week ago and I got no answer. Bottom line, if they're so not interested in selling me a car with a comfortable budget, and cannot provide proper documentation about the cars they're selling, I can only imagine the kind of service I'd get once they have my money. I know all reviews on this site are very positive on this dealership, so I don't know...do I have a face they don't like? Or are scared of Dads coming with their children? All that seems like nonsense, but there must be a reason why they look so unwilling to sell me a car. There are many other options out there, and both Ford and Chrysler have been nice and helpful. And responsive. More or less what I expect from a salesperson, which I didn't quite get at Davis Chevy. More

When I called Davis to get assistance with the situation I was lucky enough to reach Michael Swearengen and I cannot say enough about Mike and the outstanding service he provided. Mike is clearly passionate about providing excellent customer service and in my case, absolutely went above and beyond to facilitate a seamless experience and repair. Due to the weather I was unable to get my vehicle to the shop for an estimate so Mike came over on his day off and took pics. When the day came to take it in for repairs and my FOB didn't work, Mike gave me the battery from his personal FOB. This is just a couple examples of how Mike made my experience so fantastic! From a consumer perspective, nowadays it seems that great customer service is rarely experienced. I am thrilled to say that Mike made this one of the best consumer experiences I have ever had. Also, the work done on my vehicle was excellent and everyone I came in contact with were great! I own two GM vehicles and I have been very pleased with Davis in all my interactions thus far but Mike definitely took it to the next level. Nice truck, wrong color. Jordan checked at there other dealerships and found the color we liked. We made a deal on the truck. The truck was brought in and the extras were installed as per our conversation with Jordan and ready for delivery as soon as possible. I would recommend Jordan and the other staff that I dealt with at the dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle purchase experience. Great people to deal with. Very knowledgable about the vehicle, patient with questions, and most importantly, honest. Provided a very competitive price, and explained pricing breakdown as requested many times by my wife and I. He also helped to ensure all the after-market accessories (running boards, tonneau cover, etc.) were in place on the truck at pickup so that it was exactly as we wanted. Justin came in at the last minute to help with financing, and was also incredibly knowledgable and focused on customer service. He was again, patient with questions and walked us through the necessary steps to ensure we were comfortable with the purchase. This is the fifth new GM vehicle I've purchased, but the first from Davis Chevrolet, and in my opinion, this was definitely the best experience both in the sales and financing departments. A very friendly group, and excellent pricing and service mean I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
