Excellent experience! Purchased my truck through Jordan after he sent me some information on it. I flew in to Calgary and Jordan picked me up on his way to work. While I signed my paperwork, Jordan went and topped it up with fuel. The entire process took less than an hour and I was on my way back home. He was vehicle professional and courteous. He even took the time to call me while he was not working. Upon arrival at the dealership he met with us and had the car already for viewing and test driving. The decision to purchase was an easy one to make and the process was very well explained and went very smooth. Barb was very helpful with the financing aspect of the sale. Poor, uninterested service Went to this GM dealer to look at a new Acadia. My husband and I were brought to Sam as the salesperson. We mentioned to Sam that we are looking at a Went to this GM dealer to look at a new Acadia. My husband and I were brought to Sam as the salesperson. We mentioned to Sam that we are looking at a new Acadia. Rather than asking what our needs were, or what we were looking for in the vehicle, Sam just immediately starting looking at in stock vehicles on the internet (which we could have done at home). He then brought us to one, much above our budget, but then again, he didn't even ask what we were looking for. Once we were at the vehicle, Sam just stood there. I had to pry answers out of him about the vehicle, and at that he barely said two words. I mentioned that we were also looking at a toyota equivilant vehicle, but all Sam said was that we weren't comparing "apples to apples", but then he didn't even explain why he felt that the GM was a superior product. We did go for a test drive and then when returned, just basically gave the keys back to Sam. I felt like we were wasting his time, and was disappointed to make the drive to Airdrie. More
