Jordan - my "product specialist" (fancy title for salesman) worked his tail off getting me exactly what I wanted and for a price I was comfortable paying. Never tried to upsell me on features I didn't want or need. Made sure I knew and understood all my options (which is harder for him with that strong Ontario accent). Doesn't talk to you like he's above you or thinks you're naïve. He's a gem for sure. Rob - killed it in the finance/warranty side of things. He got me great deal and made the whole process a lot of fun. He's not a "just sign on the dotted line" kind of guy. He knows what he's selling, explains everything perfectly, and gets it into a price range that works for you. Really personable and fun, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Don't challenge him to a game of rock, paper, scissors though... he has skills. Derek - I never actually worked with Derek, but met him through my time there and had some great conversations. Really friendly and funny, so I needed to give him a shout-out too. Cliff - drove 40 min one way to bring me to my new vehicle. Had a fantastic time chatting with him. painless Iknew what I wanted befor i went in . I have been looking at a chevy cruze for a while . Did not want a 2016 so i saw the 5 cruzes available and came Iknew what I wanted befor i went in . I have been looking at a chevy cruze for a while . Did not want a 2016 so i saw the 5 cruzes available and came in and test drove a blue one . Chose the blue one and did financing and that was it .Did not spend a whole day trying to get a deal done, that was the best part .Jo and Chris where great and freindly. In the end I ended up buying a white one ,the blue one had a dent in it ,it was newer with less klms the white one. Very happy with the car More
