Very Impressed. I was down the street from the dealership when my car would not start. Walked over to see if they could help and they stepped up right away. . Walked me through what they though it could be right there and sure enough I needed a new battery. Literally showed me everything. Asked if I could do that with them within the next few days and they said they could do it right away. Which was very impressive as it was close to closing time for them. I then made a future appointment to have my oil changed and when that time came ,John informed me that the last time I had it done ( at a different dealership) ,they put in too much oil . John fixed everything up for me and I am now a regular client at Dave Wheaton. Their attention to detail is immaculate. . Thank you. More
I love my Spark, and love getting oil changes. Its my first car, so I dont have expectations, but I have had great service and love the Staff. Worst service department I have ever encountered. Marty is incompetent, unknowledgeable about their own job, and has zero capability of having productive customer service. Completely unimpressed and am willing to drive as far away as possible to avoid this useless dealership. Unacceptable. Techs were unable to properly address their own system, took twenty minutes before I was even able to leave my vehicle due to "a computer error." Had they been properly trained, the fix I had waited for even to drop the vehicle off would not have been selecting the actual type of vehicle. smh. Ignoring an extended warranty and pretending not to know what is and is not covered by a warranty is a literal joke at this point. I would rather burn money than give this dealership any positive review, acknowledgement, or future business. Also, no courtesy car, drop-off, or even alert that such a service is not provided shows a complete lack of respect for their customers. How this shop has not had a complete overhaul is beyond me. You couldn't pay me to return to this dumpster fire. More
Beware of service centre bookings! They have contract for ambulances so beware your appointment means nothing!! Twice now we have booked an appointment and was told around noon so we go for breakfast and walk around mall as they have no courtesy cars and we live on the peninsula .First time no phone call( he said had written down wrong number)went back and bumped by ambulance so could not do that day.We rebooked and once again told by noon ,Went back and car wasnt in bay so asked and said no bumped by ambulance.. Did we want to leave it and MAYBE done by end of day or come back another day? Took our car never to return . They should allow times for these ambulances or have courtesy cars for those inconvenienced. . More
I bought my truck new in 2019, and had nothing but awful service since the day I drove it off the lot. My tonneau cover (purchased and installed by them) was installed correctly, which damaged near the rear service since the day I drove it off the lot. My tonneau cover (purchased and installed by them) was installed correctly, which damaged near the rear window (where it folds up). The paint fix was a poor patch attempt at best quoting me "I don't want to paint your truck for this". I was also told that my running board paint chips a month after purchasing were caused by me (stepping on them), so they wouldn't fix it. I was told I would hear from someone to help remedy the situation for a year and a half. After many calls, emails and texts I have finally given up. Lastly, when I mentioned that my transmission was clunking into 1st gear, I was told that since it was new, it needed to wear in. Well, I just got it looked at in Vernon (a month after my warranty expired) and now the fix is costing me $200. I would never, ever go back. More
