I was told my truck needed a new PM sensor, and it would be a difficult job as it was located under the engine.. (it's actually located at the back of the truck by the exhaust) when I questioned them about be a difficult job as it was located under the engine.. (it's actually located at the back of the truck by the exhaust) when I questioned them about it they changed the story to it was very corroded so shop time took 2 hours, and they had my truck for 2 and a half business days + weekend without a courtesy car .. the sensor has two bolts and one plug, no way it took more than an hour! they are charging me $1,100 absolutely ridiculous! I will not be bringing my truck back to Wheaton Chevrolet ever again! More

The serpentine belt broke in my van in the middle of a snow storm. I called Dave Wheaton GM an they were able to take the van in an repair it very quickly for me. Very Impressed. I was down the street from the dealership when my car would not start. Walked over to see if they could help and they stepped up right away. . Walked me through what they though it could be right there and sure enough I needed a new battery. Literally showed me everything. Asked if I could do that with them within the next few days and they said they could do it right away. Which was very impressive as it was close to closing time for them. I then made a future appointment to have my oil changed and when that time came ,John informed me that the last time I had it done ( at a different dealership) ,they put in too much oil . John fixed everything up for me and I am now a regular client at Dave Wheaton. Their attention to detail is immaculate. . Thank you. More
