When it came time for me to purchase another vehicle, I knew what I wanted but the dealership I dealt with left a little to be desired, on so many levels. I came to Dartmouth Dodge on a referral, and was told they would take care of me. And that they did, from the moment when I told Sid exactly what I was looking for. 5 days after that moment, with a weekend in between, they had a vehicle I had to look at. I took it for a test drive on a Thursday night and had the weekend to think about it. The rest is history. Now maybe that was just good karma, but the service that came with it was not. Everyone I dealt with was efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. My vehicle had new tires put on it, was cleaned and serviced before I picked it up. I had to bring it back for the undercoating and buffing, and they also ensured it had an oil change before it came back to me. It was the last day of my vacation and Raylee in service was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle so I could still enjoy the day with my daughter. Because she lived close to where I lived, she offered to bring my vehicle back to me at the end of the day once it was done. That is exceptional service!!! I couldn't be happier with my experience. I will definitely be referring others to this dealership and will be a returning customer. Thank you, for a wonderful experience! More

Although I am never "happy" having to pay for work being done (who is) Tom ALWA Always very pleased with dealing with Tom MacPhee of Dartmouth Dodge. Although I am never "happy" having to pay for work being done (who is) Tom ALWAYS fits my vehicle in and is always very professional and friendly with me. He works very hard and never requires praise but really deserves it. Has at times even gone above and beyond what is expected. Wonderfull experience of buying a new vehicle. I was looking for a new truck and was meet in Dartmouth Dodge lot by Tony who showed me what they had on the lot and what equipment each had .He was v I was looking for a new truck and was meet in Dartmouth Dodge lot by Tony who showed me what they had on the lot and what equipment each had .He was very aware of what they had on the lot .As I was just looking he took his time and showed me what I was looking for with no pressure.
