The mats had salt stains, the floor was covered in stones and dirt and there was plenty of evidence of having kids in the van. Dodge called to inform me that the van was ready for me to take back. I checked out the bumper and noticed something was different. But I couldn't put my finger on it. Then I jumped in to start it up I realized what was different. Dodge had cleaned the car inside and out. Not only did they wash it, they cleaned, vacuumed, and shampooed the mats and floors but they did it with great attention to detail. Every nook and cranny was clean. The van looked NEW. It was in showroom condition. Thank you Dodge for once again performing beyond my expectations. SteveC More
