I was treated with great respect and the staff made me feel my business was worth fighting for. Right from the fantastic salesman lou and the finance guy brent. I have never met a better bunch of people who were honest and willing to show me everything about my deal that most dealers wouldn't ever do. I felt great knowing i got what i wanted in the end and wouldnt go elsewhere but Dartmouth dodge for another vehicle. They were 100 times better than another dealership i went to first where the salesman kept running to an infamous person behind closed doors to make my deal. I felt i was dealing with a drug lord at that dealership and am so glad i didnt buy there. At dartmouth dodge they treat you like you mean something and i am forever greatful for the deal they put together for me. My hats off to this dealership and their fine people. Will see you all in the future for my next vehicle purchases. More

I am a hard guy to please and when I am thinking about making a major purchase I expect to be taken seriously and treated with respect and Louis did just that. He may be a "Young Buck" but he is definitely and "Old School" Sales person who is willing listen and do what it takes to make the customer happy. More

Poor and inconsiderate service. I received a letter that there was a recall on my 2013 truck. I booked an appointment and was assured that the part was available. The truck was kept I received a letter that there was a recall on my 2013 truck. I booked an appointment and was assured that the part was available. The truck was kept all day and at the end of the day I was advised that the truck was inspected and that it did need the recall but the part was not available. The part has now been ordered. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and would not have come in just for the inspection and was why I wanted assurances that the part was available. This was a waste of time and money on my part and inconsiderate and poor service on the part of the dealership .. Stacey Thompson, as listed below, was not the service agent that I dealt with and her name was selected by mistake. The original appointment was made by telephone and I spoke to a person named Ann who assured me that the recall part was available. When my wife delivered the truck, the service adviser Tara said that they would do the first recall which was extensive and that it would take several hours. She also said that there was a second recall that they would also do if they had the part. If they know that they do not have the parts, why does it take all day to do an inspection? The letter received about the recall says that the SCR system will be replaced. It says nothing about a two part process of inspection and then replacement. . More
