He made a great deal and he came often to see us to let us know how it was going with the preparation, witch it was really nice to know ( for the winter tires cause it wasn't on the jeep and also to meet with Arlene to speak for the payment and everything). He took good care of us the time that we were there and he even gave me and my father a cap. Wayne was really professionnal and he was really nice. My Town & Country and the Collision Centre When I brought my van in for a new bumper my van had not been cleaned in months. The mats had salt stains, the floor was covered in stones and dirt an When I brought my van in for a new bumper my van had not been cleaned in months. The mats had salt stains, the floor was covered in stones and dirt and there was plenty of evidence of having kids in the van. Dodge called to inform me that the van was ready for me to take back. I checked out the bumper and noticed something was different. But I couldn't put my finger on it. Then I jumped in to start it up I realized what was different. Dodge had cleaned the car inside and out. Not only did they wash it, they cleaned, vacuumed, and shampooed the mats and floors but they did it with great attention to detail. Every nook and cranny was clean. The van looked NEW. It was in showroom condition. Thank you Dodge for once again performing beyond my expectations. SteveC More
