I had an appointment to have my air conditioning checked and my side mirror looked at. Dropped my vehicle off the night before so it would be there for the 7am appointment. I called at 3pm after work to get and my side mirror looked at. Dropped my vehicle off the night before so it would be there for the 7am appointment. I called at 3pm after work to get an update, I was told it was in the bay and someone would have to call me to let me know the status. At 4pm someone finally called me to let know it didn't even make it into the bay and where it was for my air conditioner, it wouldn't get in that day, they would have to keep it. I explained I was borrowing someone's car, would it be done the next day, I was told it should but they would keep me updated. The next day, I called at 2:30 for an update before I left work in case I could stop on my way home to pay for it. Once again I was told someone would have to call me, I asked to be called on my cell, she confirmed the number. I sat to wait as the car I was driving did not have Bluetooth in order to take a call. At 4pm I decided to leave to go home. When I arrived home my husband was heading out to pay the bill, they called my home phone, when I specifically asked to be called on my cell. At the end of the day, my vehicle came out in the same condition as it entered, my wallet not so much (told me they didn't know what was wrong with the AC, they drained it and half filled, if it stops working bring it back. As for the mirror, I was told it wasn't working but I kinda knew that because I told them that). Poor communication, poor service, will never go back. More

This used to be the best Chrysler Dodge Ram dealership and service center in Halifax. I always came here because other dealers had very poor service. Unfortunately, my recent experience completely changed and service center in Halifax. I always came here because other dealers had very poor service. Unfortunately, my recent experience completely changed my opinion. I had an early appointment today at 7:45 am and dropped off my vehicle. Before leaving, I asked an advisor named Kevin if I should fuel my vehicle since it was low on gas. He told me not to worry and said he would take care of it. He booked me an Uber, and I went home, expecting proper updates throughout the day. By 3:30 pm, I had still heard nothing, so I went back to the dealership to check. Kevin told me my vehicle was “next in line.” After waiting another hour, he came back and said they couldn’t check my vehicle because it had low gas. He then told me to leave the vehicle there again, which was incredibly frustrating—especially after I had asked him about this in the morning. To make matters worse, Kevin was rude over the phone, dismissive in person, and nowhere to be found when I went to pick up my vehicle. I had even taken a day off work to make this appointment, only to have my entire day wasted. This will be the last time I ever service or maintain my vehicle at Dodge Chrysler Ram Dartmouth. The customer service I received was unacceptable, and I strongly recommend management take action against employees who treat customers this way. Avoid dealing with Kevin—he will ruin your whole day I know the management wont do anything about it, but still ai am posting this review for other people like me, who give more important to their time.
