Professionalism at its best. I met with Greg Collins and explained to him what I was looking for. He said to leave it with him and he would see what he could do. Upon arriving back, he advised me that he was able to do a bit better than what I was expecting. I took out the vehicle for a test drive, was impressed and then met with Arlene to finalize the particulars. I picked up my new vehicle the following week, all ready to go. Seven days start to finish, only due to my schedule that week, and that is was before the Thanksgiving Day weekend, I would have my vehicle in a shorter time frame. No Pressure Selling I have dealt with Arlene and Greg for two new vehicles in the past year and both experiences were very positive. Neither of them use any sort of pressure tactics and that means everything to me. Greg had to endure two months of me deciding on the Ram 1500 and another month when it came to the ProMaster 2500. "Take your time" seemed to be the motto for Greg and that I did. I choose to be an informed buyer and Greg was huge in helping me with any queries and questions I had. Arlene was as helpful in the finance end by showing us everything in detail. She laid out the finance and extended warranty options, and showed us the undercoating choice as well.
