Pleasantly surprised by new purchase!!! We walked into Dartmouth Dodge looking for used (maybe new), expecting to purchase used. Wayne greeted us, and he was personable and friendly. We told Wayne our monthly budget, and he surprised us by offering a NEW Grand Caravan (CVP model). He explained the math, and it was actually more affordable to finance a new vehicle rather than a used one! (We had also visited a used car dealership earlier that day, and the quotes they gave us could not beat the quotes for new at Dartmouth Dodge.) The appointment was going rather long, and we had to leave, so we completed the deal via phone. Unfortunately, when we arrived to pick up our new van, we discovered that we had misunderstood the colour. We insisted on another colour. Although the colour was not available on site, Wayne was able to track down the colour we wanted in another location. The van is beautiful. We are grateful for Wayne's effort, and his patience with us! He really pulled through for us. Arlene was quite efficient in giving us the lo-down on warranties, undercoating, etc, and she worked diligently to help us stay as close to budget as possible. Great staff. More

Easily the Best Experience Purchasing a Vehicle! My family was relocating back from the Middle East to NS. We had previously looked at the Dodge Grand Caravan before we left over a year ago, so we ha My family was relocating back from the Middle East to NS. We had previously looked at the Dodge Grand Caravan before we left over a year ago, so we had a good idea of what we were after. I contacted Dartmouth Chrysler Jeep & Dodge and was referred to Greg Collins. Greg and I emailed back and forth for about a month as he answered every single question I had and worked hard to ensure that the right model with our preferred options was available for our arrival. Due to very limited time as a result of the relocation back, Greg came in on his vacation to meet with us when we arrived in Dartmouth. He was prompt and understood our needs and was very thorough in going over all the features of the vehicle. We were very thankful for the effort he put in, since the minivan was exactly what we were looking for. After the test drive to confirm our selection, Arlene Langille handled the financing and final paperwork. She was fantastic to deal with and helped us through the final steps. Overall both her and Greg were very easy to talk to and deal with, this was a huge factor in having such a positive experience in purchasing a vehicle. The whole experience took roughly an hour and a half, they were well organized, prompt and appreciated our time constraints.
