Dealership gets a black eye and terrible rating because they are not supported with timely delivery of necessary components to do the work the automaker contracted to do at time of sale. The folks at this Dealership are good, and they are unjustifiably embarrassed by the abject failure of the company they represent to support them. It's too bad they sell Chrysler products. More

I brought my car in at 10:30 am, the arranged time, of which I had been reminded several times by email and phone. I was asked if I planned to wait, but I caught a ride home with my son asking them to cal which I had been reminded several times by email and phone. I was asked if I planned to wait, but I caught a ride home with my son asking them to call when they had an estimate. I called and left messages in the late afternoon but received no answer. I called at about 10:30 the next morning to hear that they had just gotten the estimate. And ask if I wished to book an appointment for the work. I declined. Either it took them all day to figure out two problems, or no one bothered to call earlier, or my car was not looked at at the scheduled time. In any case, I will go elsewhere for the needed work. The staff were polite when I could actually speak with them, but I needed my car and had to cancel appointments last night when I could not reach anyone. More
I had an issue that was covered under warranty. The service rep I dealt with, Chris, was very helpful and provided constant updates because the part was delayed. They provided me with a rental and continued to update the rental company about the ongoing changes in circumstances. It was about 3 weeks for the part to arrive and it was installed immediately.
