Exceptional Service I initially went in to just browse for a Jeep Wrangler, but the first impression of the dealership was so positive that I decided to look into buying. Brent waited on me, and it was an excellent experience. He wasn't pushy, and he went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted. Within a week I had the Jeep that I had been looking for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, particularly to those who may have had a negative sales experience in the past with other dealerships. I'll be going to Dartmouth Chrysler Jeep again for my next Wrangler :) More
Great purchase experience! I honestly wasn't expecting to make a purchase the day I visited Dartmouth Dodge. I was looking at 2014 Jeep Patriots and had been to 3 dealers prior I honestly wasn't expecting to make a purchase the day I visited Dartmouth Dodge. I was looking at 2014 Jeep Patriots and had been to 3 dealers prior and figured I would add them to my list and then make a decision. But after dealing with them and the offer they made on my trade, the decision was easy to make. I had a number in my head that I felt was fair for my trade and the other dealers were much lower to moderately lower on their offers. Dartmouth Dodges offer on my car was the exact $ figure I had in my head. So that made me feel very comfortable that they were being fair and straight forward with me. I never felt pressured. Just given the information and numbers and was allowed to make a decision on my own. Paul Mugford, Brent Jewers and Laura Yorke were great to deal with and were very easy to get along with. Will definitely be returning for future business! More
outstanding After scheduling a viewing with another dealership on a specific car, it had already been sold 2 days prior from me making an hour drive to view it. They then proceeded to try and sell me a lesser car without any sort of apology. We stormed out and would then at least make our trip worth while and look at a similar car to that of which I scheduled to see. I had arrived at Dartmouth Dodge and was shown my way to Brent Jewers office space. At this point this was my second time visiting a dealership to buy my first car and at this time I was fuming over the events that had happened with the previous dealership of that same day. Upon meeting my significant other and myself for the first time Brent was enlightening and would take the time out of his busy day and put all sales aside and talk to me as a person and not a client. From the second I walked in there he was not trying to push me to purchase a vehicle I couldn't afford but more to work with me to find the vehicle I wanted. We then found the vehicle and brought it out for me to test drive, upon the test drive I was not yet 100% sold. However here's where it changed, brent admitted that he was a relatively new employee and couldn't tell us the exact accurate specifications of the vehicle. So we had asked him would he buy this car and his answer sold me to dartmouth dodge as my dealership of purchase, he gave us honest reasons of why he wouldn't buy the car and we had put his reasoning into consideration. However aside from the colour my initial impression of the car to this is has the wow factor and one year after purchase I made the absolute best purchase. Also it gets better, 8 months after Brent had sold me the car and no prior engagement after I drove the car off the lot I found myself in dartmouth dodge for a item recall. So i sat in the waiting room and waited for my vehicle, when Brent realized I was sitting in the room he was offended I didn't come and see him while I was waiting (I figured he forgot about me by this time) but we had continued our conversation from 8 months ago about the places we lived like we spoke yesterday, and that if I wanted he was more than happy to accommodate me with a vehicle so I didn't have to wait around dartmouth. Thanks to Brent's incredible service I feel I should at least bring in a 6 pack of beer for setting me up with an amazing first car and most of all putting all the salesman xx aside. I have visited 2 dealerships since purchasing my vehicle to look for an SUV for my significant other and the difference between the two dealerships is remarkable. I was pressured to test drive into something I made clear I did not want, shown vehicles that were far off from what I made clear of the certain things I wanted and was told that some vehicles were too expensive for me. So from here on out I will be dealing with Dartmouth Dodge and I will recommend Dartmouth dodge to anyone considering a purchase because that one hour drive made a difference of 7 years More

My dealings with two individuals have been excellent in that they both personify the concept of customer service. Chris Conrad as service adviser has never led me astray, always upfront with my requirements, knowledgeable and always ready to help. The other individual is Stacey Thompson in the fast lube dept. She is personality plus, makes you feel welcome and that your business is very important. She has that unique ability to remember your name even after what may be months between visits, to me that is important. More
