He guided us in our decision and we did not feel pressured. Once we made our decision Wayne worked quickly to get everything done in our tight timeline, as we had to be back home (about an hour away) to pick-up the children from school. It was a great experience and I felt like the staff helped us to make all the right decisions in a comfortable and understanding atmosphere. There were none on the lot with the options I was looking for but within 20 minutes working with Wayne Cobb they were able to locate the only Dart with the options I wanted and had it held plus they also worked out the pricing to the range I was looking for which the exact same car on the Steele Chrysler, Dodge, and jeep lot was a $100.00 more a month and a lot less on the trade in. All in all from the time I walked through the door to the time I put the down payment on the car was about 30 mins, the next day the car was on the lot and the papers were signed and I drove away in my new car. Very professional people who were very upfront with everything including maintenance packages that didn't push their product on you. Stress free and no forced feeling to buy a car. More

When you are fortunate to receive "Excellence" you tend to not only appreciate it, but also reward it by refering business and singing the company/individuals praises whenever humanly possible. Dartmouth Dodge & specifically Greg Collins have consistently provided me with excellent service over the 2 years I have dealt there. I purchsed my vehicle at Dartmouth Dodge in December 2012 from Greg Collins and can honestly say the experience was amazing. Greg not only took the time to deal with me via phone/text/in person, he was always prompt in his reply, honest and upfront. Since the purchase, Greg has kept in regular contact and ALWAYS makes a point to say hi when I'm in getting my jeep serviced, (nice touch!). On my recent visit I also had the chance to deal with one of the mechanics there, Lester...again, top notch, well versed and helped me out at 5:10 when he likely should have been on his way home. I love the way the team goes the extra mile. I travel 90 minutes from Pictou County every time to get my vehicle serviced...and its well worth the trip.
