The level of customer service was completely unacceptable. I received no updates on my vehicle whatsoever. I had to go online seven separate times requesting a callback, and not once did anyone unacceptable. I received no updates on my vehicle whatsoever. For a $100,000 vehicle purchase, this lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, we brought in an electric vehicle, yet were given a loaner that required gas and were expected to cover the fuel costs. That is completely unreasonable and should never have been expected under the circumstances. Additionally, our vehicle was returned to us only partially charged, which further reflects the lack of attention to detail and customer care. The only exception was Karen in finance, who was the only person willing to help and actually get any response regarding our vehicle. She also committed during the purchase to providing a loaner vehicle, which was one of the few aspects of this experience that met expectations More
