The last 5 times i paid for a lof, every single time i have had to remind them to check my air filter and every single time they seemed shocked i question them on it. The location is very congested, the building is very dated, the woman that answers the phone is not friendly. It was my first time bringing my truck there and I won’t be going back. One of the worst in HRM. Bought a Jeep Cherokee 1.5 yrs ago from here. I was not given a manual and I am still waiting on a recall part. Recently I came in for a tire repair. Bought a Jeep Cherokee 1.5 yrs ago from here. I was not given a manual and I am still waiting on a recall part. Recently I came in for a tire repair. I had a nail in the tire. $900 later, I came to pick up the car and the nail was still in the tire. They replaced the vendors but didn’t reset the computer. Half xxx job for top dollar.I was told to come back and wait in line bright and nearly the next day. They still couldn’t fix it and now I’m waiting for them to investigate. Horrible. More
