very poor service department Purchased new 2015 Q5. Sales service was fair but when I took in for the first service at 12k I had them look into a rattle. Told it would take 2hrs. Purchased new 2015 Q5. Sales service was fair but when I took in for the first service at 12k I had them look into a rattle. Told it would take 2hrs. 5hours later I got it back with extreme dissatisfaction. Our car has a light cashmere leather interior and there was grease and hand prints everywhere,smears on seats from greasy clothes ,door panels, headliner etc. When I told service, it was like I was being unreasonable and there was no sense of responsibility . They did have their cleanup person to wipe down the interior. Second problem was a rust stain coming from a screw under the door handle that their body shop looked at in April and took photos to make a service claim, said it would take two weeks to get a reply. This is July, still have not heard back,four months. This is not so much a problem with the employees as it is with the owner and management as they wont deal with the problems of staff performing this way. Management needs to react to surveys and the many dissatisfied comments other than my own if they want more than" one time purchasing customers". As a customer dropping 50 k and more, yes expect more than the corner used car lot!!!! More

At a recent appointment I had a concern regarding a major future repair that would be required on my vehicle and the service consultant, Andrew Kay responded immediately to thoroughly discuss options and to assure me that everything would be taken care of. The dealership was true to their word as my car is in incredible condition now. It was extremely relieving being able to trust leaving my vehicle in their hands and knowing the job would be done to a high standard. Thoroughly impressed. More

Techs with zero experience Had my 2011 Audi r8 v10 in. They never mentioned they don't have a certified r8 a8 tech working. Told me oil change was 150. Billed me 300. Booked Had my 2011 Audi r8 v10 in. They never mentioned they don't have a certified r8 a8 tech working. Told me oil change was 150. Billed me 300. Booked in for a alignment. Wasn't done. Didn't have time. They did have time just old beat up alignment rack. They couldn't get the car on the rack. Had tpms codes. They said electrical issue. My reverse camera didn't work. And spoiler didn't work. They said electrical issue.. Billed 2 hours said we don't even know where to start. The oil change was done incorrectly. The oil needs to be at warm before draining. The car didn't even have tpms sensors. Because of aftermarket rims. The spoiler just needed to have the module reprogrammed. My personal mechanic did it for free. Needed one parking sensor. 65 bucks and the rear camera worked. Car was covered in oil hand prints. Marked green on the vehicle checklist. Tires good. Fluids good. Wipers good. Etc. etc. The tires were bald. Zero washer fluid in the bottle. And 1 bulb burnt out. Nice! All of which I gladly paid my mechanic. More
Worst Service Department Ever I would NEVER recommend using this dealership to anyone. My experience dealing with their service department and management was incredibly frustrati I would NEVER recommend using this dealership to anyone. My experience dealing with their service department and management was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Used them to service and repair my VW Tiguan for the past few years based on their close location to my home and can't recall one time where I felt like my business was appreciated and left each time feeling like I was an annoyance. In my opinion the service advisors, management and techs that have worked on my vehical or dealt with me personally are completely incompetent and unprofessional. I feel that as a woman I was particularly treated disrespectfully and patronized. The only positive experience I had was when my service advisor was a female and the work was a simple lube oil and filter however I do not believe she is still working there. To save yourself time, money and serious frustration I recommend you avoid this dealership at all costs and take your VW to Leavens for any service needs you have. The staff at Leavens know what they are doing and absolutely appreciate your business. More
Audi service at Dalmar, and likely, with Audi Global is horrific. My 2010 Audi A3 TDI has been in their shop approx 12 times and the level of overall service has been nothing but disappointing. The last o horrific. My 2010 Audi A3 TDI has been in their shop approx 12 times and the level of overall service has been nothing but disappointing. The last one is with an emissions warranty claim. Check engine light came on, booked appointment. Exhaust flap motor failed (again, as it was previously replaced). Dalmar motors replaced it under warranty. Within half a day, engine light came back on. Called Dalmar, spoke to service advisor. Responded that he would look at it and charge me for any diagnosis if the engine light illumination was not from that specific issue they had previously repaired. Of course, I was not impressed with the tone nor the immediate deflection of any wrong doing. Booked another appointment. Got the car back and was told that the engine light was due to the same problem but they were unable to do anything to fix it and I was simply to drive it and advise. Next day, same fault. Called and spoke to service manager. Gave him the car while I was on vacation. Upon my return, manager advised me the issue is stil with the emissions system and they will no longer continue to repair it under warranty and it will cost me $3000 for the parts/labor. Yep, when Dalmar/Audi needed to step up to the plate and complete the task which they initially recognized as a warranty issue they changed their mind and felt it was no longer feasible for them to do so, and therefore I would have to pay an incredible $3k. Called Audi Canada to make a complaint. They reinterated what Dalmar stated, although they 'claimed' to have reviewed the details of the issue fully. When I asked specifics, they simply responded that Dalmar had determined it was not covered. Buy an Audi - Don't expect great service! More
