Greg at the service counter was attentive and professional I had a low tire pressure light come on my VW Golf while out and about. Poor Service Took my vehicle to Dalmar for a new battery and an AVR test. Took the vehicle directly home after paying for the battery and parked it in my garage. The next day I went into my garage and the rad fans were running despite the car having been parked and turned off since I had returned home from Dalmar. Returned the vehicle to Dalmar who refused to accept any responsibility for causing the problem and charged an additional repair fee for a new rad switch. There had never been an issue with the rad prior to the inspection at Dalmar. More

Made my day. Absolutely Amazing service...and on the spot. I purchased a pre-owned 2012 Jetta (originally purchased from Dalmar) from a non VW dealer. Amazing car. As busy as they were, Greg told me to hang on a minute and he would see if one of the service mechanics could do anything for me. Bam! instantly out comes Josh Bumpus with torque wrench in hand and a set of dealer locks to remove my wheel nuts. All done and over with in 15 mins from time of arrival until lug nuts off. That my friends, is how you treat a customer. Outstanding. The most amazing part is, it was my first time at Dalmar and they squeezed me in and best of all - IT WAS FREE. Josh you the best! And thank you Greg for treating me so well upon our first meeting. These guys went above and beyond and just earned my future service work and showed how classy and friendly people can be. Audi A6 Body Shop Repair I can't say enough about the experience that I have had at Dalmar Motors Collision Centre. They are amazing. Very professional and they go above and I can't say enough about the experience that I have had at Dalmar Motors Collision Centre. They are amazing. Very professional and they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. From the moment you meet with Alex and Chris, you know your car will be returned perfectly. I had my Audi A6 repaired at another body shop, which I have gone to for 20 years. I was not happy with the job that they did so I went to Dalmar Motors and talked to Alex. He showed me how they cut corners when the painted my bumper. He fixed all of their mistakes and made my car look brand new again. Take my advice. Don't trust your car repair to just any body shop. Insist on going to the people who know how it comes apart and more importantly, on how is should go back together. Thanks again Alex and Chris. You guys are amazing. More

Nothing is simple Things that any other dealership can do easily, will be, and are made freaking complicated at this dealership. They have a glitzy looking set up; they have the free coffee machine; but, where the rubber needs to meet the road they can't make it happen. Service timelines are not met and they seem to be able to make a simple item a major issue every time. Communication seems to have to be routed through way too many people and in the end the message is garbled, mis-communicated and causes customer frustration and time loss. More

2006 Audi A6 rust warranty So I bought my 2006 Audi A6 used. Being a 10 year old car I noticed 2 small paint bubbles which I wanted to get repaired. I went to Dalmar Motors Coll So I bought my 2006 Audi A6 used. Being a 10 year old car I noticed 2 small paint bubbles which I wanted to get repaired. I went to Dalmar Motors Collision center and talked to Alex the manager. He said that they should be covered by Audi and submitted the claim. To my surprise Audi replaced the entire trunk and drivers door with brand new ones. When my car was in getting repaired Alex noticed that my front bumper was painted improperly from a different body shop in London and said that he couldn't have it leave his shop looking like that so he repaired my front bumper at no charge. The service I received at Dalmar Motors from Alex and his staff was over the top. I will be an Audi owner for the rest of my life and a loyal Dalmar Motors customer.
