When purchasing or leasing you vehicle everyone will be nice and there are no issues but if you run into a problem they will argue with you and you will have to fight with them to get anything done to your nice and there are no issues but if you run into a problem they will argue with you and you will have to fight with them to get anything done to your vehicle even though it is 100 percent the fault of Volkswagen. Not going to get into the details but I won’t be getting another VW. The sales staff are great and the financing team too but the service department are not helpful and I am glad I will never have to deal with them again. VW has quite a few issues at the moment. The Atlas is a disaster as they have a whole Facebook group with all the issues with that vehicle and they are contemplating shutting down factories in Germany with the money they have lost with electric vehicles so I feel bad for the service team as they have to cover for inferior vehicles being built. Still no excuse for arguing with customers when the problem is with the vehicle quality. More

Charge for oil change I didn't requested. motor oil been I changed one week old. Changed some parts didn't needed like screw. The bill came 248 dollars. Despite informing the staff and Manager (Michael Dalgish) that I had a medical condition, and medical exemption that prevented me from wearing a facemask, I was denied service. Furthermore, I was told from the Dealer Principle that "hope you soon understand “when are in it together” means thinking of others and not just oneself" Basically the Dealer Principle told me that my medical condition is BS, and I'm just being selfish. That's Dalmart motors professionalism in a nutshell. This will be my last Volkswagen vehicle. More

Service the absolute worst! The service staff are completely incompetent. A problem that took over 2 months and 4 visits was never resolved. Fantastic service, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was surprised to see that my brand new car required some replacement of items within weeks of purchase, but the service folks were great, and the ex I was surprised to see that my brand new car required some replacement of items within weeks of purchase, but the service folks were great, and the experience with them really made me feel better about the situation. They were extremely friendly, and accommodating to my work schedule and very efficient - the car was ready very quickly, with the bonus of being cleaned up beautifully. Great service, great team.
