Excellent customer service I recently purchased not one but three VW's new from Willie Mates, new sales car manager at Dalmar Motors. I initially attended the dealership to inquire about the TDI buy back status. I received up to date accurate information and no canned corporate sales pitch. As a result I choose to stay with VW, and decided to give my business to Dalmar. It is not the closest dealership to me, but worth the trip. I never felt pressured to lease with Dalmar at any point while in the store and Mike was truly receptive to my needs and wants. Very professional and they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. From the moment you meet with Alex and Chris, you know your car will be returned perfectly. I had my Audi A6 repaired at another body shop, which I have gone to for 20 years. I was not happy with the job that they did so I went to Dalmar Motors and talked to Alex. He showed me how they cut corners when the painted my bumper. He fixed all of their mistakes and made my car look brand new again. Take my advice. Don't trust your car repair to just any body shop. Insist on going to the people who know how it comes apart and more importantly, on how is should go back together. Thanks again Alex and Chris. You guys are amazing. More
