Nothing is simple Things that any other dealership can do easily, will be, and are made freaking complicated at this dealership. They have a glitzy looking set up; they have the free coffee machine; but, where the rubber needs to meet the road they can't make it happen. Service timelines are not met and they seem to be able to make a simple item a major issue every time. Communication seems to have to be routed through way too many people and in the end the message is garbled, mis-communicated and causes customer frustration and time loss. More

My salesman Mike was great: attentive and sincere. However, the used sales manager was little to be desired. A condescending and careless attitude on his part resulted in me purchasing my new vehicle from Leavens, a far superior experience, for a much better price, and also resulted in me taking my service for both vehicles there. Loyalty is important in this business, especially to those who tend to stick with one manufacturer. I would recommend Leavens Volkswagen over Dalmar. More
2006 Audi A6 rust warranty So I bought my 2006 Audi A6 used. Being a 10 year old car I noticed 2 small paint bubbles which I wanted to get repaired. I went to Dalmar Motors Coll So I bought my 2006 Audi A6 used. Being a 10 year old car I noticed 2 small paint bubbles which I wanted to get repaired. I went to Dalmar Motors Collision center and talked to Alex the manager. He said that they should be covered by Audi and submitted the claim. To my surprise Audi replaced the entire trunk and drivers door with brand new ones. When my car was in getting repaired Alex noticed that my front bumper was painted improperly from a different body shop in London and said that he couldn't have it leave his shop looking like that so he repaired my front bumper at no charge. The service I received at Dalmar Motors from Alex and his staff was over the top. I will be an Audi owner for the rest of my life and a loyal Dalmar Motors customer. It was important to us to have listening ears and advice. We wanted all the comforts of our previous vehicle and be able to take our grandchildren and another couple comfortably in our car. very poor service department Purchased new 2015 Q5. Sales service was fair but when I took in for the first service at 12k I had them look into a rattle. Told it would take 2hrs. Purchased new 2015 Q5. Sales service was fair but when I took in for the first service at 12k I had them look into a rattle. Told it would take 2hrs. 5hours later I got it back with extreme dissatisfaction. Our car has a light cashmere leather interior and there was grease and hand prints everywhere,smears on seats from greasy clothes ,door panels, headliner etc. When I told service, it was like I was being unreasonable and there was no sense of responsibility . They did have their cleanup person to wipe down the interior. Second problem was a rust stain coming from a screw under the door handle that their body shop looked at in April and took photos to make a service claim, said it would take two weeks to get a reply. This is July, still have not heard back,four months. This is not so much a problem with the employees as it is with the owner and management as they wont deal with the problems of staff performing this way. Management needs to react to surveys and the many dissatisfied comments other than my own if they want more than" one time purchasing customers". As a customer dropping 50 k and more, yes expect more than the corner used car lot!!!! More

Greg Wagner has been outstanding helping me when I'm in Florida as well as Ontario. He helps quickly and with good results. I highly recommend the service at Dalmar. More
