Upon finding the car on AutoTRADER I emailed the dealer and r As part of the VW emissions settlement I traded my 2011 Jetta TDI for a 2015 Passat TDI. Upon finding the car on AutoTRADER I emailed the dealer and received a prompt response from a salesman, Mike East. I phoned Mike to discuss the car and although it was already aggressively priced we managed to add a few value added items that made me feel this was a good deal. I live 550km from the dealer so the car was bought based on the pictures and conversations. A date was set for me to drive down and in the meantime a 2016 Bettle classic appeared on their site. My daughter was looking for a car so I contacted Mike again and we were able to make another deal. The date we set to get the cars, they were actually closed but because of the distance I was travelling Mike opened up for me to finalize the paperwork, on a long weekend on top of that. Both cars were as promised and I'm completely satisfied with them. They went above what I expected to make this a great deal and a great experience. Thanks again. More

I told Conor my situation and he went to work on finding me a used GTI. There wasn't one in stock at the time, so I left my contact information. Within days Conor contacted me back with more than one option for a used GTI - which was more than I could have asked for! A week later and I am more than happy with my purchase.
