Made my day. Absolutely Amazing service...and on the spot. I purchased a pre-owned 2012 Jetta (originally purchased from Dalmar) from a non VW dealer. Amazing car. The locking key for the wheel nuts had been I purchased a pre-owned 2012 Jetta (originally purchased from Dalmar) from a non VW dealer. Amazing car. The locking key for the wheel nuts had been lost and i needed to install my winter tires. I met Greg Wagner at the service counter and explained my situation. As busy as they were, Greg told me to hang on a minute and he would see if one of the service mechanics could do anything for me. Bam! instantly out comes Josh Bumpus with torque wrench in hand and a set of dealer locks to remove my wheel nuts. All done and over with in 15 mins from time of arrival until lug nuts off. That my friends, is how you treat a customer. Outstanding. The most amazing part is, it was my first time at Dalmar and they squeezed me in and best of all - IT WAS FREE. Josh you the best! And thank you Greg for treating me so well upon our first meeting. These guys went above and beyond and just earned my future service work and showed how classy and friendly people can be. Sold me a car then couldnt deliver I was hesitant to go into Dalmar again after my past experience with a young salesman named Mike. A couple of years ago my husband and I were interest I was hesitant to go into Dalmar again after my past experience with a young salesman named Mike. A couple of years ago my husband and I were interested in an Audi. Mike didnt even get up from his chair. Once he did get up he was so indifferent to us that it totally turned us off. He said that "Audis sell themselves". We both work as consultants for large companies and we were floored by this attitude. It was at that moment that we would have loved to say "well you arent selling one today!" My second experience was a week ago. I was in the area and I thought I would look at cars at Dalmar and then intended to buy from Leavens where I bought my first Jetta years ago. (I had a great experience there!) But I noticed a 2015 CC on the lot and loved it. I worked with a salesman named Bora who seemed nice and was friendly. However, my big question was that this model was discontinued and I asked if there would be trouble finding replacement parts. Bora reassured me that the manufacturer would always have parts. I decided to buy the car. I put a deposit down and on the day I was to pickup my car Bora said that there was a recal on the car for a fuel pump. He could not say when a part would come in. A week went by and still no answer. I am kicking myself that I believed for a second that Dalmar could deliver a great experience. They are giving me my deposit back and I am going back to shopping a new car. More

Best service ever! We were part of the diesel recall , and thus we had to make a decision on returning our Golf diesel and to go for an other car. From the beginning to the end , the experience was absolutely outstanding! Bora made the experience easy, he is very knowledgeable, professional, and we actually had fun in the process! He is friendly, and it was a pleasure working with him. His customer service is brought to really high standards ! Overall, Dalmar is our most favorite dealer, we'll never buy an other car anywhere else! And by the way , the diesel "scandal" did not move our loyalty to VW not even a bit! Upon finding the car on AutoTRADER I emailed the dealer and r As part of the VW emissions settlement I traded my 2011 Jetta TDI for a 2015 Passat TDI. Upon finding the car on AutoTRADER I emailed the dealer and received a prompt response from a salesman, Mike East. I phoned Mike to discuss the car and although it was already aggressively priced we managed to add a few value added items that made me feel this was a good deal. I live 550km from the dealer so the car was bought based on the pictures and conversations. A date was set for me to drive down and in the meantime a 2016 Bettle classic appeared on their site. My daughter was looking for a car so I contacted Mike again and we were able to make another deal. The date we set to get the cars, they were actually closed but because of the distance I was travelling Mike opened up for me to finalize the paperwork, on a long weekend on top of that. Both cars were as promised and I'm completely satisfied with them. They went above what I expected to make this a great deal and a great experience. Thanks again. More
