He's personable and always respected our time, whether we only had a few minutes or an hour or more. Conor came with us on our first test drive, but it was really relaxed, like we had a friend in the car with us, not a sales person. There was absolutely no pressure. He even let us take the car for a couple hours for a second test drive a few weeks later. He happily answered all our questions both before and after the sale. He really knows (and loves!) the Volkswagen brand. Conor worked hard and quickly to get us EXACTLY the car we wanted before the current promotion was over. Once everything was said and done, he even helped us write the Kijiji ad for our 16 year old Jetta.
