I have been servicing my vehicles at Dalmar Motors for approximately 11 years (previously my Jetta and currently my 2022 Tiguan). Unfortunately, my recent experience regarding a coolant issue has been ve approximately 11 years (previously my Jetta and currently my 2022 Tiguan). Unfortunately, my recent experience regarding a coolant issue has been very disappointing. On November 20, 2025, during a routine service visit, the invoice indicated that the coolant level was “Full.” However, on January 30, 2026, while driving in extreme winter conditions (around -30°C), the red coolant warning light appeared. When I checked the vehicle, the coolant reservoir appeared to be completely empty. As a vehicle owner (not a professional mechanic), I checked the engine area and did not observe any obvious signs of coolant leakage, but I cannot determine the exact cause. I also checked the engine oil by wiping a small amount on a paper towel and did not notice any unusual discoloration. When I spoke with the service manager by phone, I was told that this situation “can happen.” However, when I requested that explanation in writing via email, my request was declined. I also contacted Volkswagen Canada, but after nearly a month of waiting, I was advised to resolve the matter directly with the dealership. Following that advice, on March 2, I sent a formal email to the Service Manager, General Manager, and Dealer Principal at Dalmar Motors, but I have not received any response. After 11 years of trusting this dealership for my vehicle service, the lack of communication and accountability has been very disappointing. Because of this situation, I will be filing a complaint with OMVIC to ensure my consumer rights are protected. More

BUYER BEWARE FROM DELMAR MOTORS I had a very disappointing experience with Dalmar Motors in London, ON. I purchased a vehicle from them that was sold with non-functioning heated seats. The issue was acknowledged by the dealership, yet I have now been dealing with them for over a year with no resolution. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the dealership failed to provide a clear plan or response on how the problem would be fixed. Communication was poor, and I was repeatedly left without answers or action. Selling a vehicle with known faults and then ignoring the customer afterward is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dalmar Motors due to their lack of accountability and customer service. More

Our experience purchasing our new Atlas at Dalmar Motors was outstanding. They are so accommodating and assisting us in everyway possible.
