Not sure if you remember, I bought a used 2014 Dodge Dart GT from your dealership about 14 months ago. I had expressed my displeasure with the quality of work of the window tint job that I paid for. When I was in your dealership last year about this time, you acknowledged that you had heard my complaint and overwhelmingly assured me you would be in touch with me once you figured out who had actually performed the service. I walked out of the dealership that day disappointed. I knew I wouldn't hear back. It was your attitude and a feeling. Just as when the car was presented to me on delivery. "Here's the keys, sign here". Coming from a long background of customer service including many years with Chrysler, I wasn't expecting much to be honest. The window tint on the drivers door is now failing. Pealing more and more when the window is raised or lowered. Disappointed extremely. This was supposed to be a good experience. It wasn't and it continues to not be one. Of course I'm not happy. I'm sure you and the dealership have had many upon many happy customers over the years however I won't be one of them and I won't shy away from sharing my experience. It won't impact your business, I get that, but it will definitely impact those around me when it comes to their next car purchase. Please inform your evening callers I do not wish to be contacted any longer about oil changes and my satisfaction. Remove me from your list. Thank you. More
