When Shaune called I brought it in to be fixed and also made arrangements for the body shop to remount a mudflap and change my windshield which cracked from a stone bruise on the way into town. Brent Watson was very accomadating in getting the vehicle into the body shop. All work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price More

Ford product not so much as the vehicle is a 2013 and they are still looking for a fix for the transmission. Thank goodness it's still under extended warranty. The sales department is disappointing as they were not forthright about this vehicle's accident history even though we asked about it being accident free when purchasing it. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. The service department is trying to do all it can to solve my transmission issues, but I'm likely going to take a big loss and get rid of it after only 8 months of ownership. It's just not reliable.
