Fast & Friendly I brought our Escape to the fast lane for an oil change where I was met by Brett as soon as I drove in and he took it from there. I asked him to check I brought our Escape to the fast lane for an oil change where I was met by Brett as soon as I drove in and he took it from there. I asked him to check out the tire sensor also as it would not go out even though I had checked the air pressure in the tires. Brett was very accommodating and friendly, he showed me the air filter that he recommended to replace and confirmed that the sensor needed to be replaced. Service was fast and Brett walked me thru the inspection checklist and had my invoice ready so I was on my way quickly.I was able to talk to the parts manager , Brian Peck to ensure they had the part in stock and then spoke to Brian Miller, service advisor and he was able to fit me in later this week. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating....this is why I always take our vehicles to Cypress for service. More
