In this particular purchase Liz Jahnke was very patient, answering all my questions, and when she didn't know, she called me back within a short time with the answer. She went above and beyond, taking photos for me of the car, as we live quite a distance away. She was so accommodating and always available. This was probably my best experience yet, ha, maybe because it's a Mustang! It was beautifully detailed and just waiting to go for a spin.
