Poor communication and salesmanship Drove 3 hours from Brights Grove to purchase a car advertised. Told on arrival the car was sold and directed to a different car of poorer quality. no attempt to offer a test drive. no attempt to sell the car. salesman said maybe 5 words to us. we were clearly an intrusion on his phone time as he couldn't stop looking at it. We drove to London and purchased an audi from the audi dealership from a wonderful refreshing salesgroup. We paid more money but got window tinting and a bumper to bumper warranty for 3 more years on a 2015. This restored my faith that good salespeople still exist after the terrible experience at Curve Motors. DO NOT GO THERE if you want a good experience. Worst car sales experience I have seen in my 50 years of purchasing vehicles. Not sure how they are still in business. More
