Sylvia was great to work with, very kind and we didn't feel pressured into something we weren't looking at. We were disappointed to find out that the command-start wasn't installed when we arrived to feel pressured into something we weren't looking at. This is due to a mechanical issue, but we feel we should have been informed that the new Camry does not support command-start before purchasing it.
