I really liked dealing with the salespeople at Crown Toyota. Their can-do attitude is the reason I bought a Toyota Rav-4 instead of a Honda CR-V, despite pinning for the latter for several years. When I asked the salesman at Toyota if I could have a little perk thrown in, his answer was "I'll see what I can do. I can't promise anything, but I'll see what I can do." Honda's response, a polite or congenial "no". In my shoes, who would you prefer dealing with? What's more, they delivered. The little things that I wanted in the vehicle such as heated seats, a splash matt for the cargo area that did not come standard with the vehicle, Toyota were able to throw in. In general, they were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Needless to say I was impressed by their customer service. More

He kept in touch and up to date so we could close the sale in a timely manner and arranged to get the inspectio price and found him very personable.
