He was very entertaining which helped me because I was so nervous. Hey was transparent about Toyotas vs other brands and showed us information online to back up what he had to say. After all this Scott got up walked away than came back in from outside with keys in his hand he went and dig out a truck out if the lot and parked it in the drive thru of their service area. Thank god it was so cold. And went around the truck up and down and showed us how things worked and benefits of them. We went on a test drive i knew it was the perfect truck. I was amazed Scott knew what exact truck plus the exact model of Tacoma that had everything I wanted. Scott than went over the numbers on 2014 Tacoma with me and my family again Scott's humours had my family almost in tears when explaining how the numbers broke down. I might add by this time it was 730 so 1 .5 hrs after closing and he never mentioned it nor was pushy I'd recommend Scott to everyone I know ! More

Jan didn't waste my time trying to upsell me -- we cut straight to the chase and got the deal done very quickly. When it came time to pay, Judy was incredibly easy to work with and her pleasant personality made the "pain" of paying for a new car very painless. The staff all seemed very professional, yet very friendly and easy to work with. More

A service call that turned into a highlander limited purchas My wife and I came into crown toyota to have my winter rims/tires replaced with my summer tires. We were introduced to mr David Lawson. We had a few My wife and I came into crown toyota to have my winter rims/tires replaced with my summer tires. We were introduced to mr David Lawson. We had a few questions, that he was able to help us out with. Other issues, he was able to research for us. We found David to be very Approachable, respectful, and caring. We trust him! Although we have been sold on toyota products, (Camry and rav4, and 2013 Highlander limited)'. We feel confident about our purchase of the 2014 highlander limited. It was a pleasure dealing with David Lawson. More

I felt not pressured to make any decisions and was provided with ample of time to discuss any questions/concerns in regard to Corolla S model. 2. QUALITY OF WORK: The car was presented in an exceptionally clean condition both interior as well as the exterior. 3. FRIENDLINESS: What I do remember the most about my experience in this category is the "warm, fuzzy" long lasting feeling I have when I think back about my dealings with all the representatives. 4. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: It is said that after a while you don't necessarily remember what was all said but how you felt at the end. I felt valued, appreciated and at one moment I felt like a star. And for this reason I would recommend Crown Toyota to other people. 5. PRICE: The price, of course, is always important. What I would like to add to this is that the final price offered to me I could not refuse. However, having said that the price just fully completed my overall experience during my purchase of a new Corolla S model. More

I would recommend this service centre with a strong warning to insist on an estimate and to check other centres for pricing. I was not provided with an estimate, and was told that the bill would come t warning to insist on an estimate and to check other centres for pricing. I was not provided with an estimate, and was told that the bill would come to a little over $300. Over the phone, I agreed to changing the air filter for $25, and so, expected a charge under $400. The bill was for $525 and then he managed to lower it to $476, applying a discount that was available by mail. The person was polite and friendly, and apologized when I pointed to the sign saying that a written estimate is required (by law?) for service over $100. However, he really should have taken the time to look it all up and given me a detailed breakdown before the service. So, aside from the lack of a printed estimate, I have no problems with him, and I know that people sometimes make a mistake. Also, the cost is $254 for labour on my car. Since they called to say it would be ready and was being cleaned at noon, but the car was not being worked on by 10:20, there were either two people working on a basic service, or the costs are set by task and so, adding allotted time without discount for jobs that are done together results in a higher charge than the time actually required. I would encourage Toyota to look at their pricing. Note: I am of the generation of people who have transitioned from doing basic service myself (oil change, air filter, spark plug change... actually, I used to help a friend who could take an engine apart and put it back together) to having a garage do it for me. Therefore, it is a bit of a surprise to be told that changing spark plugs takes 30 minutes. Finally, the service centre has a large sign saying that we should receive a written estimate. The sign is located behind the desk where payment is made. That sign should also be posted on the door where the car is driven into the shop and by the desks where the service representatives receive the car and keys. I have tried to get a hold of Tammi 3 times, once by email, and twice calling the dealership over a span of a couple months. I really like Toyota's and wanted to buy one, but I'm tired of waiting. I don't know if she didn't receive either of my messages to phone back or see my email, but I'd hate to think that she picks and chooses who she would like to deal with. Anyways, this dealership has lost my business because I'm no longer willing to wait to hear back. More
