The staff listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and presented me with a couple to choose from. My choice in vehicle was exactly what I wanted. They truly look after the cliental that comes thru the doors. Before I drove my car off the lot Ron made sure to explain how everything worked in my new car and if I have any questions what so ever I can call him and he will help me with it. She was not even upset when we said we wanted to c Kathy Sullivan spent three hours with my wife and I going through all of the features of the RAV 4. She was not even upset when we said we wanted to check a couple of vehicles first. Her presentation convinced us of the quality of the RAV 4 and we came back in the afternoon and purchased the vehicle. She was not there a few days later when we picked it up [day off], and her colleague Ron was excellent as well in explaining the various features and the owner's manual. We are already set up for a 45 day check up in June which says more about the quality of the experience. A number of people have notice our red vehicle and we have not hesitated in saying where we bought it. We look forward to our future experiences with Crown Toyota. More
