She was also very patient as I had a tough time chosing which colour I wanted which meant she had to spend more time in the passenger seat a I test drove every Titan on the lot. Brent Sayles put the icing on the cake, ensuring I was happy walking out the door, and always smiling when I walked in the door. And Lastly, Chris and Russell and entire service department put the final touches on my truck with a little lift, and a little TLC on my 45 day inspection. From start to finish the team did an AMAZING job making us feel welcome and supported in whatever we needed to do regarding our decision process. The staff on the phone were friendly, patient and approachable. In the dealership Dan Johnson did an outstanding job listening to our needs, and offering suggestions to help us refine our options. At no time did we feel pressured, and we appreciated the questions that were asked of us even when we determined to wait until the next iteration of the Quest.
