The car was priced at $8995 on 12th Feb-18 and we negotiated for $8000 + Taxes over the phone with Sajjad Anwar, a Product Advisor. Upon reaching the dealership and taking the test drive, we finalized the car. When the time came to make the payment, they simply refused on the agreed amount of $8000 + taxes. Spoke to Dion Mohammed, Sales Manager, and Steve General Sales Manager but it was of no help. Steve was very rude and simply asked us to either buy for 8995 or leave the shop. Such an unprofessional behavior was never expected from an employee belonging to a renowned brand. He simply asked us to talk to Sajjad to pay the difference amount, even though it was Steve who committed Sajjad for the agreed price of $8000. We visited a renowned dealer like Crown Nissan, to buy our 1st vehicle in Canada and it came out to be such an awful experience. Hope the higher management comes to know about this disrespectful behavior, where the customer was given the least importance and was asked to leave the shop. Steve GM sales, you are a shame to this place, you have ruined its name & stop acting as an owner, as you are merely an employee. Also shame to you for talking to a woman or guest, the way you did, & you need to go back to school! I would never ever want to do business with Crown Nissan and would make sure to spread this word to whom so ever I know, in the future. More

I am a difficult car buyer at best--15 years of driving Toyota and I was skeptical of trying anything else. Rob (Sales), Jamie (finance), and Steve (manager) were all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The car is perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience. More

My company SUV was towed to the service department on Dec 16, 2016. On the Dec 16 afternoon I received a call from the advisor said the car in the shop and someone will look into it. Waiting for the whole day didn't get any reply. I called in to check the status by the end of day. Can't get a hold of my advisor. The other service staff can't help me at all have to wait for my advisor to come back on Monday. My advisor call me on Monday morning and quote me the price on the repair. As per the phone conversation I need a written quote to get approval from my boss before the repair. He promise to send it to me asap. Waiting for half of the day nothing came in to my email. I called the service department multiple times and left voice mails. No reply from my advisor at all. All I need is a written quote to give it to my boss for approval and get the repair going. I called in and spoke with a guy at the service desk. He can't help me at all you have to wait for your advisor. Really don't understand why can't just pull up the record and get me a quote. I have to wait for another day. As another day go. Finally I get the quote from my advisor on Tuesday morning. But I found out there is overcharge on the labour. Charge $297 to install the block heater cord and other $297 on the block heater unit. To plug in the block heater cord is less than 5 sec when you are servicing the block heater. Why charge me another $297 on labour that's a TOTALLY RIP OFF ! I need to talk to him to clear thing up. I send him multiple emails and I call in at least 8 - 9 times. Same thing happen no one even care to reply a call at all. I called around 15 to 20 min before closing. Not even one service staff pick up the phone call. I can't wait any longer I really need my car back. Wednesday morning my friend have to drop me off in person to finalize the quote and get it going. When I am at the service desk and try to find out why I left multiple emails and voice mails but no one ever reply to me at all? He said he didn't get the voice mails and the emails. He got some kind of family emergency and need to leave early. I totally understand that family emergency thing happen. Family will be first priority but there is more than one guy working in the service department. Why you can't just ask your co-work to follow up or help you out a bit. I really don't know what kind of customer service is that. No one can help you expect your advisor. Only one advisor can help the client. I have to chase around my advisor to get a correct quote and get my car fix. Spoke with the service manager Russ about the situation and express my experience and my frustration. His response is my advisor is waiting for my response. WOW that just totally push me to the edge. I really just want to tow my car to another shop for the service. But I really need to get the company car going. I told him that I left over 10+ voice mail for the pass few days and multiple emails. No reply at all. I even show him the emails on my cell phone. He said he didn't get email either and no voicemail. That's just a BIG JOKE ! He said maybe got block or went to the junk mail. He will check with the check IT department regards the answering machine and the email why didn't go through properly. Finally on Thursday morning the car is fix up. I ask my advisor to arrange the shuttle bus service to pick me up back to the shop. Waiting for the shuttle for over an hour. No call and no show at all. I have to ask my friend again to drop me off to the shop. This is a terrible experience never have to deal something like this before. If I know I have to deal so many troubles I will tow my car somewhere else instead of the Crown Nissan car dealership. All the parts are in stock should be able to in and out within a day, 2 days max. Without a car close to a week due to chasing around and waiting for reply. That's not fun especially in the winter months. Hopefully someone really look into the issue. I don't want some other customer have to deal with the same thing that I just went through. More

After a test drive it was obvious the ride was better and the seats were more comfortable. Before the Rav4 we purchased a Nissan Altima from Crown. We were always treated very well so it was natural to see them first. Crown made us very good deal so we traded up to the Rouge. Very happy with the purchase. Reuel made sure we were familiar with how everything worked on our new Rouge. More

I really appreciated the service advisor, Chante Fuller, telling me the air I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue SL AWD in for service and to buy snow tires. I really appreciated the service advisor, Chante Fuller, telling me the air and cabin filter, which are usually replaced at 24,000 Kms would be okay until the next service. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Crown Nissan and have always had their service department look after them. Russ Johnson and his staff have always been friendly and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase and/or having a vehicle serviced. JDW More
If you buy used get it inspect elsewhere before buying I bought a used armada from this dealership. They told me they went through this vehicle and it should be ready to go with out any issues. They told me there was a issue with the ball joints and that it had been addressed. They assured me that they would have receipts for the work when I purchased the vehicle for me to look at. They refused to send me anything until I signed the deal. The sales man showed me Some paperwork at the dealership and said he would put it in with my paperwork. When I got home there was nothing with what they gave me what I found out after was that they were margional after failing on the origional inspection. So none of the work was ever done. What I found out when I brought it to my local dealer was that they vehicle needed 1000.00 worth of work including. Simple airfilter that the dealer told me was origional and that it should be yellow and was black from being so dirty. Buying this from. Dealership vs a private sale to avoid these issues was a waste of time and money. Getting anything from the sales person after the sale or anyone over there was a waste of time as they don't return my emails and the sales person is too busy to get paperwork. Very nice people to sell you a vehicle but they take other people's problems on and trades clean them all nice and send them to the next sucker. My armadas Parked and I won't be driving it until I can save up to get it fixed. More

Searched vehicles that were online and those that were not yet online. At the end of my purchase he made sure I was familiar with the workings of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot would highly recommend Eric to anyone going to crown Nissan to purchase a vehicle .5/5. I would suggest for those thinking about purchasing an extended warranty to review the warranty contract carefully before purchasing it asked to take a copy home with you to read, or a brochure that outlines all the ins and outs of the warranty- Eric had nothing to do with the warranty just a FYI More
