This was one of my best purchase experiences from the salesman to the physical dealership. Andrew was one of the most friendly, knowledgable and personable representatives I've worked with. Clive and Tony were both very helpful. They understood my wants, needs and concerns and addressed them all. What an excellent experience from start to finish. These people were professional. Tyler in sales was excellent and not pushy at all and Mark the general manager was also a excellent. Apparently there are a some people at this dealership who are smokers. So when they get in your vehicle, they have a smoke smell on their body that transfers into your car. As neither I nor any of my family are smokers. So when they get in your vehicle, they have a smoke smell on their body that transfers into your car. As neither I nor any of my family and friends smoke, I was very displeased with a smoke smell in my car when I picked up my car after an oil change. More

Switched to Crown after Ortynsky sold out to Vicar because I haven't heard much good about Vicar and because Crown is much closer to the house. I was happy with the switch. Crown did what they said because I haven't heard much good about Vicar and because Crown is much closer to the house. I was happy with the switch. Crown did what they said they would do in less time that I thought. Service counter staff were friendly and thourough. Only reason price was rated lower was because I needed a new key and $75 for key and programming is the market price but still a bit hard to swallow. More

That was the easiest time for us to buy a new car.
